Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

- Drive enterprise software sales through channel partnerships and strategic account management.
- Develop and implement Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies in collaboration with Vertical Heads and Practice Leaders.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
- Leverage technical expertise to effectively position and present Newgen's solutions to clients.

Account & Partner Management

- Establish and nurture strong relationships with Partner CXOs and key stakeholders.
- Identify and prioritize top accounts aligned with the partner's strengths and market interests.
- Work closely with partners to drive demand generation initiatives and accelerate sales cycles.
- Provide market insights and competitive analysis to optimize sales strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

- 3-4 years of experience in enterprise software sales, preferably in a techno-sales role.
- Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies in a competitive market.
- Strong track record in channel sales and partner management.
- Ability to articulate and position technology solutions effectively to business leaders.
