In this role, you will work closely with students to guide them in exploring career options, understanding potential pathways, and securing overseas employment. The role involves counseling, family engagement, and coordination with training and placement partners to ensure smooth and successful overseas transitions. Key Responsibilities: - Counsel students and families on overseas job opportunities and requirements. - Assess candidate aptitude and guide them toward suitable training programs. - Conduct orientation, mock interviews, and pre-departure sessions. - Coordinate with recruiters, agencies, and employers for interviews and placement. - Maintain accurate counseling and placement records. - Build trust among families through transparent communication and support. Skills and Attributes: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Empathy and cultural sensitivity toward North East youth and families. - Target-driven, organized, and proactive. - Proficiency in MS Office / Google Sheets / CRM tools. Qualifications & Experience: - A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. - Proficiency in Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management to effectively guide students in reaching their goals. - 25 years of experience in counseling, training, or placement. - Experience in educational or career counseling is preferred but not mandatory.
