Our Employee Service Center team is at the forefront of delivering a seamless support experience, ensuring that every interaction is handled with care and precision. We are dedicated to providing exceptional support to our former, current, and future employees.
What You Will Do
- Build strong relationships with customers, team members, and other key stakeholders to support our HR operating model.
- Facilitate learning and change management processes by guiding our consumers through new and existing tools and technologies
- Provide an exceptional consumer experience while resolving customer questions and troubleshooting issues through different intake channels.
- Challenge our current state and drive simplification and automation of our processes to enhance efficiency for our employees, supervisors, and HR business partners.
- Contribute to our Knowledge Centered Service (KCS) methodology and culture by creating, updating, and sharing knowledge to support our customers and internal partners.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Experience in providing customer support in-person, through phone systems, chat, or case work
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Should be a team player
- Ready to work in 24/7 environment
- Fluency in English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Bachelors degree
