Job Description - Be a part of the leadership team for a Listed Manufacturing company - Lead accounting and multi-plant operations in high growth environment Job Description - Oversee and manage the full spectrum of accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger. - Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards within the Industrial / Manufacturing sector. - Prepare and present accurate financial reports and statements to senior management. - Develop and implement robust financial strategies to support business goals. - Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure the financial stability of the organization. - Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and improve operational efficiency. - Lead and mentor the accounting team to achieve departmental objectives. - Coordinate and liaise with auditors and tax advisors to ensure timely and accurate filings. The Successful Applicant A successful GM Accounts should have: - Chartered Accountant with 15-25 years experience in manufacturing/engineering sector. - Strong exposure to IndAS, consolidation, and listed company compliance. - Hands-on experience with SAP and audit coordination. - Assertive communicator with ability to present to senior leadership and boards.
