This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 1500000 - Rs 4000000 (ie INR 15-40 LPA) Min Experience: 3 years Location: Mumbai JobType: full-time This role involves building and deploying advanced AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) and Natural Language Processing (NLP). You will work closely with leadership to design intelligent systems, integrate AI capabilities into existing products, and experiment with innovative approaches that drive the future vision of the platform. The position requires strong technical skills, creativity, and the ability to work independently while contributing to high-impact AI initiatives. Requirements Key Responsibilities - Design, build, and deploy AI models using LLM technologies for diverse business use cases. - Integrate AI capabilities into existing applications through API-based implementations. - Develop NLP-based solutions that enhance language understanding, information extraction, and insight generation. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and refine AI-driven features. - Stay up to date with emerging AI tools, research, and best practices to improve overall AI performance and innovation. - Utilize AI/ML frameworks and cloud environments to manage end-to-end AI workflows. - Apply tracing and observability tools to monitor and optimize LLM performance. What Makes You a Great Fit - Strong hands-on experience working with LLMs such as GPT-4 or similar models. - Solid expertise in NLP, AI frameworks, and modern AI development practices. - Proficiency in Python or JavaScript for building and integrating AI systems. - Experience with API integrations and deploying models on cloud platforms (e.g., Azure). - Familiarity with frameworks like LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar agentic tools. - Understanding of LLM observability tools such as LangSmith or Langfuse. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently. - A portfolio of personal or academic AI projects showcasing creativity and technical depth. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
