We are seeking a Graphic Design Specialist to create visually compelling designs that drive engagement and performance across digital marketing channels. This role demands a mix of creative vision, technical skill, and an understanding of how great design impacts brand growth and campaign results.

What Youll Do

- Develop high-quality static and motion creatives for advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and other digital platforms
- Translate marketing briefs into visually striking concepts that resonate with target audiences
- Collaborate with marketing teams, copywriters, and strategists to refine and iterate creatives quickly
- Leverage AI-powered design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, Figma plugins) to enhance creative output and speed
- Stay ahead of design, advertising, and visual trends in performance marketing, DTC, SaaS, and tech sectors
- Maintain brand consistency while exploring fresh creative directions

What Were Looking For

- 37 years of experience in graphic design, ideally in performance marketing, brand design, or social media campaigns
- Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator (bonus: After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Strong skills in layout, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling
- Experience designing ad creatives for Meta Ads or short-form video formats is a plus
- Curiosity for experimenting with AI-driven creative tools and workflows
- A portfolio demonstrating impactful marketing design work
