Blow Mould Maintenance Engineer Responsibilities 1 Preventive Maintenance Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for EBM machines Conduct regular inspections and routine checks to ensure machinery is functioning optimally Identify potential issues before they lead to breakdowns 2 Spare Parts Maintenance Maintain an inventory of critical spare parts for EBM machines Ensure timely procurement and replacement of spare parts as needed Collaborate with suppliers to source high-quality components 3 Machine Maintenance Perform scheduled maintenance tasks on EBM machines including lubrication adjustments and repairs Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues Document maintenance activities and machine performance 4 Breakdown Maintenance Respond promptly to machine breakdowns to minimize downtime Diagnose problems and implement effective repair solutions Coordinate with production teams to manage workflow during maintenance activities 5 Safety and Compliance Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and industry standards Train staff on safe operating procedures and maintenance practices Maintain a clean and organized work environment 6 Continuous Improvement Analyze maintenance processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in blow moulding maintenance Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance technical skills Skills and Qualifications Educational Background Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field Experience Proven experience in maintenance of EBM machines or similar manufacturing equipment Technical Skills Strong knowledge of mechanical electrical and hydraulic systems Problem-Solving Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently Communication Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and suppliers Job Type Full-time Pay 35 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Experience Blow Mould Maintenance 2 years Required Work Location In person
