Job Overview Loomline Studio is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Digital Embroidery and Print Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in embroidery digitizing, print design for apparel, and producing production-ready digital artwork tailored to fashion industry standards. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills, and the ability to deliver accurate files that meet client specifications. Key Responsibilities - Create embroidery designs and digitize artwork suitable for various garment types, ensuring stitch accuracy and production compatibility. - Develop high-quality print designs and artwork including screen prints, heat transfers, and sublimation prints aligned with client branding and garment styles. - Collaborate closely with pattern makers, technical designers, and clients to understand design briefs and implement revisions. - Prepare and deliver production-ready digital files in required formats (DST, PES, AI, PDF, EPS, etc.). - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of embroidery software, printing technologies, and fabric behavior to optimize design outcomes. - Conduct quality checks on digital files to avoid production errors and ensure color accuracy. - Manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines and client expectations. Qualifications - Proven experience in digital embroidery digitizing and print design within the fashion or garment industry. - Skilled in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other vector and raster graphic design tools. - Understanding of textile printing processes and fabric characteristics. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. - Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team. - Ability to manage time effectively and meet project deadlines. - Portfolio demonstrating a range of embroidery and print design work preferred.
