DSP Engineer

Experience : 3-10 years

Location : Bangalore

Role Overview:

We are looking for a DSP Systems Engineer with experience in advanced algorithm development utilizing techniques in Detection & Estimation Theory, Random Processes Analysis, and Communications and Information Theory. You will be responsible for defining performance requirements, designing, testing, verification & validation of signal processing algorithms.

What you'll do

- Design, verify and test signal processing algorithms utilizing techniques in Detection & Estimation Theory, Random Processes Analysis, and Communications and Information Theory
- Design and simulation of end-to-end systems from the ground up to meet a required performance specification
- Data analysis and verification of algorithms against real world data
- MATLAB simulations and fixed point implementations.

What you have

- MSEE+ with focus in DSP or digital communications theory
- 3-10 years of experience in implementation of DSP algorithms.
- Solid fundamentals in mathematics, digital signal processing and communication systems
- Experience in designing, choosing and optimizing DSP algorithms for RADAR or other relevant sensors
- Expert in MATLAB and C/C++ and experience in other languages (e.g. Python)
- Eager to learn & implement new algorithms in groundbreaking technology

Nice-to-haves

- Background with Radar or LiDAR Signal Processing (FMCW)
- Expertise in Radar link budgets, analysis of Minimum Detectable Signal, Signal-to-Noise, and Signal-to-Clutter
- Experience developing DSP algorithms on FPGAs
