Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Koramangala, Bengaluru for a Finance Executive. We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance Executive with 2 years of experience in finance operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Accounts Payable, and be proficient in Tally, Excel, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process and manage Accounts Payable transactions accurately and on time
- Maintain records of vendor payments, invoices, and reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures
- Use Tally for daily accounting operations and data entry
- Prepare Excel reports and assist with financial analysis as required
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for payment-related queries
- Assist with audits and documentation

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a finance/accounts role
- Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable
- Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, basic formulas)
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Compensation:

The monthly salary for this role is ₹25,000 and may vary based on the candidate's experience and fit for the role.
