Power Platform Developer

The opportunity We are seeking an experienced Power Platform (Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, Power BI, RPA) Developer to design, develop, and maintain existing applications while implementing new solutions in accordance with Client standard. This role involves development of new applications, automations and ongoing support and maintenance of custom applications within our SharePoint Online/On Prem/Dataverse/.NET API's environments, ensuring enhancements, bug fixes, and new features are seamlessly integrated. Key Responsibilities: Design and Development: Power Automate (Cloud): Proven expertise in automating complex business workflows using Power Automate, leveraging SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform SaaS tools. Skilled in SharePoint Online PowerShell scripting for enhanced automation. Strong understanding of automating web-based applications, data extraction, form handling, and integrating automated tasks into broader workflows using Microsoft Power Platform components. Power Apps & Dataverse : Strong experience in designing and developing solutions using Power Apps and Dataverse. Database Design: Proficient in designing data structures and models using platforms such as SharePoint and Dataverse. Data Source Integration: In-depth knowledge of integrating various data sources including SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL,SAP and APIs. Microsoft Azure: Experience with Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Key Vault, and other Azure-related services (CI/CD Pipelines). RPA Development: Specialized in the design, development, monitoring, support, and maintenance of RPA bots. Solution Quality Assurance: Committed to ensuring that all solutions meet key performance, scalability, and security standards. Process Assessment and Optimization: Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate existing custom applications and workflows, recommending technical or functional process improvements. Testing and QA: Conduct comprehensive testing, including unit testing, SIT, and UAT, to ensure the reliability of custom Power Platform and SharePoint solutions. Deployment and Maintenance: Manage deployment activities, monitor performance, stay updated with the latest Power Platform releases, and make necessary adjustments to optimize efficiency and address issues promptly. Documentation and Compliance: Develop and maintain detailed documentation (solution design, technical documents, etc.) for each custom solution, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and facilitating knowledge sharing. Technical Skills Web Development Expertise: At Least 5 year's Experience with Power Canvas Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, SPFx, GraphAPI, Node.js, React.js, TypeScript, PowerShell, HTML5, CSS, and JSON web API services (RESTful, JSON), Azure Functions. Deployment Expertise: At Least 4 year's Experience with Azure CI/CD pipeline creation and deployment in Azure for Power Platform. (Preferred) Additional Skills: Python and RPA is required. Soft Skills Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills with a structured approach to digitalization and automation use cases Communication & Collaboration: Ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Adaptability: Quick learner, able to navigate evolving technologies and adapt automation strategies to business needs. Project & Task Management: Skilled at prioritizing workloads and managing multiple projects effectively. Training & Mentorship: Willingness to mentor internal teams on best practices, troubleshooting techniques, and process optimization strategies.
