Sales Specialist

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to drive the growth of our healthcare software solutions The ideal candidate will have experience in promoting our healthcare Software with a strong understanding of both marketing strategies and sales processes You will play a key role in identifying leads building relationships and converting prospects into long-term customers Note Candidates with a background as Medical Representatives are also encouraged to apply especially those with a strong network in the healthcare sector and an interest in transitioning to healthcare technology Key Responsibilities Identify potential clients in the healthcare sector hospitals clinics diagnostic centers etc Conduct product presentations demos and negotiations with decision-makers Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals Collaborate with the technical team to provide client feedback and improve the product Develop marketing materials - brochures presentations case studies videos Organize and participate in webinars and conferences Conduct market research to identify trends competitor activities and new opportunities Manage CRM tools and marketing automation platforms Requirements Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Healthcare Management or related field Proven experience in healthcare software or SaaS sales and marketing Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and workflows Benefits Competitive salary and performance incentives Opportunities for career growth and skill development Job Type Full-time Work Location In person
