Job Description Job Title: QA Automation Location: India Remote About The Role We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled QA Automation Test Architect to lead our testing strategy, automation framework development, and overall quality engineering practices. This role is critical in shaping the test architecture, driving automation initiatives, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable software solutions. Key Responsibilities Test Strategy and Planning - Develop and implement a comprehensive test strategy aligned with product goals and business objectives - Create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional, integration, regression, and performance testing - Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define testing scope and acceptance criteria Test Architecture and Framework Development - Design, build, and maintain scalable, modular, and reusable automation frameworks using C# - Implement and optimize CI CD pipelines to support continuous testing and rapid release cycles - Evaluate, recommend, and integrate new automation tools, technologies, and best practices to enhance testing efficiency - Establish coding standards, test practices, and guidelines for QA automation teams Automation and Test Execution - Lead automation efforts across functional, regression, performance, and load testing - Ensure robust test coverage through automated suites complemented by manual exploratory testing - Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts - Track defects, analyze root causes, and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure timely fixes - Provide technical mentorship to QA engineers and contribute to improving overall team capabilities Required Skills & Experience - 8+ years of experience in QA automation, with at least 3+ years in a Test Architect or similar leadership role - Strong hands-on expertise in automation using C#, Selenium, Playwright, or similar tools - Extensive experience in designing automation frameworks and integrating them with CI CD pipelines - Strong understanding of testing methodologies, performance engineering, and quality best practices - Knowledge of cloud platforms, containerization, and DevOps tools is a plus - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
