Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join the Agratas team. This role is pivotal in supporting brand visibility, driving digital engagement, and amplifying our marketing efforts across platforms. This role will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, and support hiring plans and lead generation through collaboration with HR and Business Development teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing within a B2B environment, particularly in manufacturing or industrial sectors, as well as experience in events delivery and marketing initiatives that have the potential to position Agratas as a leader in energy and mobility solutions.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

Develop and execute integrated digital marketing communication plans in alignment with business objectives.

Manage digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and online advertising campaigns.

Plan, run, and evaluate marketing campaigns across digital platforms to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

Collaborate with HR and Business Development teams to conceptualize and support internal and external events, exhibitions, and partner engagements.

Oversee day-to-day management of social media channels including content development, posting schedules, audience engagement, and performance tracking.

Coordinate with creative teams and agencies to develop campaign assets such as videos, brochures, presentations, and web content.

Monitor and Analyse campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights, and other digital dashboards.

Ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints and contribute to brand building efforts.

Create compelling content for various platforms including social media, blogs, newsletters, and marketing collateral.

Maintain and update the company website and digital presence in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to propose relevant marketing strategies.

Support the execution of marketing-related logistics for events and programs, including branding, material distribution, and audience engagement strategies.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, platforms, and techniques including email campaigns, LinkedIn, Google Ads, SEO/SEM.

Proven experience in planning and managing digital marketing campaigns end to end.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging digital content.

Strong analytical skills and experience with tools for tracking and reporting marketing metrics.

Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally, especially with HR, Business Development, and wider Communications teams.

Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.

Ability to work in a global, cross-cultural environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience with content management systems, social media schedulers, and basic design tools is a plus.

Interest in sustainability, manufacturing, or energy-related industries will be an advantage.

Qualifications Required

Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

58 years of relevant experience in marketing communications, digital marketing, or brand management.

Experience in B2B or industrial sectors preferred.
