We’re hiring a Business Development Analyst to support global expansion, commercial strategy, and revenue-focused initiatives. If you want to operate at global standards and work directly with senior leadership — this is the role. 🔹 What You’ll Do - Analyse market opportunities, competitors, and global category trends. - Build pricing models and financial analyses using Excel/Sheets. - Support cross-border BD initiatives across multiple international markets. - Prepare business cases, proposals, and insights for leadership. - Collaborate with Procurement, Logistics, Finance, and Operations to drive commercial impact. - Track KPIs, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements. - Monitor and identify high-potential product/market opportunities by combining macro data intelligence with micro product scrutiny. 🔹 What We’re Looking For - Strong Excel/Google Sheets proficiency — competency will be tested. - Commercial mindset with the ability to think strategically and operationally. - Ability to break down complex data into clear, actionable insights. - Strong English communication skills (written + verbal). - Analytical, structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable with numbers. - Fast learner with hunger, ambition, and willingness to take ownership. - Must be currently based in Gurgaon or able to commute reliably (on-site only).
