Role Description

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Frontend Engineer (React) to join our team at autobotAI. This is a full-time remote position. You will play a key role in building and enhancing our user-facing applications, dashboards, and workflow automation interfaces that power next-generation multi-cloud and SecOps automation experiences.

As a Frontend Engineer, you will work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless, scalable, and high-performing interfaces for our global enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain user-facing applications using React.js, Next.js, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.
- Translate UI/UX wireframes and design mockups into high-quality, reusable components.
- Optimize application performance for speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
- Implement state management solutions (e.g., Redux, Zustand, or Context API) to ensure smooth user interactions.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and adherence to accessibility standards (WCAG/ARIA).
- Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure end-to-end functionality.
- Maintain and continuously improve the company’s website and frontend modules.
- Drive adoption of best practices in code quality, testing, and documentation.
- Stay updated with the latest frontend trends, libraries, and tools, and recommend improvements.
- Participate in code reviews, provide mentorship to junior engineers, and contribute to a strong engineering culture.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 0 to 1 year of frontend development experience, with strong expertise in React.js.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel).
- Experience with responsive design, CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Material-UI, Chakra UI), and design systems.
- Familiarity with server-side rendering (Next.js) and microfrontend architectures is a plus.
- Strong understanding of frontend performance optimization techniques.
- Experience working with REST APIs, GraphQL, and asynchronous data handling.
- Knowledge of frontend testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and hyperautomation technologies is an advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote, cross-functional team environment.
