Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role for a Technician at The St. Regis Goa Resort, located in Marmagao. The Technician will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing the resort&aposs facilities and equipment. Daily tasks include performing preventive maintenance, responding to guest service requests, diagnosing issues, and ensuring that all systems operate efficiently and safely. The Technician will also collaborate with other departments to support the overall operational objectives of the resort.

Qualifications

- Technical skills in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
- Experience in performing preventive maintenance tasks
- Knowledge of safety regulations and standards
- Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Previous experience working in a hospitality setting is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is preferred
