Role Description This role is designed for a sharp, digitally savvy professional who can orchestrate end-to-end influencer campaigns, build strong creator relations, and drive measurable brand impact. You will operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and collaborate closely with brand, content, and performance teams to ensure that every creator partnership delivers tangible business outcomes. Key Responsibilities - Drive end-to-end influencer campaigns across Instagram and Other emerging platforms. - Identify, evaluate, and onboard creators aligned with brand objectives. - Manage outreach, negotiations, contracts, and product dispatch coordination. - Develop clear creator briefs and ensure content quality, accuracy, and timely delivery. - Track campaign performance, build dashboards, and optimise based on ROI. - Maintain long-term creator relationships and build a strong UGC community. - Collaborate with brand, content, and performance teams for integrated campaign execution. - Repurpose creator content for ads, reels, and meta catalog to maximise output. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. - 13 years of experience in influencer marketing (beauty, lifestyle, D2C preferred). - Prior experience managing UGC workflows, talent coordination, or creator-led campaigns.
