Pay 20 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Share your resume on - rizwana m mantra care or 91 97180 11146 Job description As a Center Manager at Mantra Care you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our service center ensuring optimal performance customer satisfaction and operational excellence You will manage a team drive business performance and ensure a seamless experience for both customers and employees Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the center ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all processes Lead and manage the team providing direction support and performance feedback to ensure high-quality service delivery Develop implement and evaluate operational strategies to achieve business goals including customer satisfaction and financial objectives Monitor key performance indicators KPIs for both team and center performance making necessary adjustments to optimize results Ensure that all activities comply with Mantra Care s policies procedures and quality standards Handle customer queries concerns and complaints ensuring prompt and effective resolution Work closely with other departments e g HR Finance and Sales to ensure seamless integration and support Manage the center s budget and resources including staffing supplies and inventory to ensure cost-efficiency Implement training programs to enhance team capabilities improve service quality and ensure continuous professional development Regularly prepare and present reports to senior management on center performance issues and growth opportunities Create a positive and motivating work environment fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability Skills Qualifications Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role preferably in customer service or operations management Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate guide and develop a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with customers and team members effectively Strong organizational and time-management abilities with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and priorities Analytical thinking with a results-oriented approach to problem-solving and decision-making Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards Proficiency in MS Office and experience with management tools and software A bachelor s degree in business administration management or a related field is preferred Previous experience in managing service centers or operations is a plus Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 45 823 23 per month Work Location In person
