Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Dehgam for a Human Resources Executive at SRUZAM Labs. The role involves managing daily HR responsibilities, including recruitment, employee engagement, and record-keeping. The HR Executive will also handle employee onboarding, facilitate staff training and development programs, and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies. The role provides opportunities to contribute to the improvement and implementation of HR processes and policies. Qualifications - HR Management Skills: Proficiency in recruitment, onboarding, and employee management practices. - Administrative and Documentation Expertise: Experience in maintaining employee records, handling legal compliance, and supporting internal audits. - Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Ability to address employee concerns, foster effective internal communication, and build strong professional relationships. - Knowledge of HR Policies and Labor Laws: Familiarity with labor regulations and ability to ensure organizational compliance. - Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively. - Analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. - A minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role is an advantage.
