Role Summary:

The Client Experience Executive serves as the face of ALIV, creating a welcoming and professional environment for all visitors and clients. Leveraging exceptional hospitality and customer service skills, this role ensures a seamless client experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Warmly greet clients and visitors, ensuring an immediate, friendly, and professional reception.
- Coordinate client appointments, confirmations, reminders, and manage the overall scheduling calendar efficiently.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally and courteously, providing accurate information or redirecting queries appropriately.
- Provide exceptional client service by proactively addressing client needs, questions, or concerns to maintain a high-quality patient experience.
- Assist in maintaining accurate client records, documentation, and ensure confidentiality of client information.
- Coordinate effectively with internal departments to ensure smooth client management and flow within the clinic.
- Maintain a tidy, welcoming, and professional reception area.
- Support in billing, invoicing, and financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Proactively solicit client feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement in client experience.
- Handle complaints gracefully, escalating complex issues promptly and appropriately.

Qualifications & Experience:

- 5+ years of relevant experience in hospitality, aviation, customer service, or front office roles preferred.
- Previous experience as an air hostess or similar role in customer-focused industries highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in English and local languages (written and verbal).
- Familiarity with scheduling tools, CRM systems, or client management software preferred.
- Professional demeanor, enthusiastic attitude, and customer-centric mindset.
