Role & responsibilities:

Ad Monetization & Partnership: Manage the Home category Ad monetization team, fostering strong relationships with trade marketing, ecommerce, and sales teams of partner brands to drive ad revenue from in-store, TATA Neu and Croma.com and co-marketing campaigns (ATL & BTL
- )Sales strategy and revenue: Develop sales strategies for sub-categories and achieve annual ad revenue target
- sCross functional collaboration: Work with buyers, store operations, and internal teams to secure marketing investments from brands for new launches, events, and campaign
- sCo-Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with brands on co-marketing investments to drive footfalls, online traffic, consideration, and transactions. Leverage Croma&aposs marketing calendar to identify co-marketing opportunities and synergies with brand campaigns
- .Campaign Execution & Optimization: Liaise with the internal marketing teams in getting the respective plans & collaterals ready and scheduled the campaign for execution. Review campaign execution, performance reports, and ask the execution to optimize campaigns as needed
- .Reporting & Analytics: Maintain weekly and monthly reports, including MIS and campaign performance report
