As sustainability becomes central to financial decision-making, we're expanding our team in India to support global learners and partners through expert-led insights and advisory support.

Role Overview

We're seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sustainability Advisor to join our advisory and learner success team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals passionate about ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance), sustainable finance, and regulatory trends.

You'll play a key role in supporting learners pursuing our ESG Advisor Certification, contribute to research and advisory tasks, and work closely with our global content and careers teams to provide up-to-date guidance and support.

Key Responsibilities

- Support learners undertaking the ESG Advisor Certification by providing advisory input, resources, and guidance.
- Conduct research into ESG trends, sustainability regulations, and global reporting frameworks (e.g., TCFD, SFDR, ISSB).
- Assist in developing sustainability-focused content, FAQs, and learner toolkits.
- Liaise with international learners to help them align their certification pathway with career goals in investment, compliance, or ESG advisory.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure learners are equipped with region-specific career preparation advice (India, UK, UAE, etc.).
- Monitor global ESG trends and suggest updates to training material and learner support tools.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Strong interest in ESG, sustainability reporting, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Comfortable working remotely while collaborating with international teams.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage tasks independently.

Desirable (but not required)

- Prior internship or academic focus on ESG/sustainability.
- Awareness of the UK financial regulation landscape or skilled worker visa pathways.
- Experience with professional certification support, academic advising, or content creation.
