Civil Engineer - Site Supervision Planning and Billing Job Location- Balasore Responsibilities 1 Asst Project Manager in Job Planning Estimation Billing 2 Develop project work plans including scope schedule budget and resource allocations in Consultation with the PM and get it approved 3 Interact with Site Engineers Supervisors Contractors and brief the project objectives scope deliverables and key performance indicators KPIs 2 Design and Development of Site work Coordination as per the work plan schedule 3 Do the estimates of each job work in a project prepare Budget and Cost Management sheet get it approved from PM and GM 4 Prepare the monthly budget for site expenses 5 Project Execution and Monitoring 6 Oversee the day-to-day operations of the project ensuring timely and efficient progress 7 Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction activities and quality control 8 Ensure to materials availability at site for seamless proceedings of the work 5 Communication and Reporting o Maintain regular communication with stakeholders including investors clients and senior management o Provide regular progress reports including status updates risks and potential delays 7 Project Close out and Handover o Ensure the completion of all project deliverables and milestones o Oversee the final inspection punch list and commissioning processes o Manage the handover of completed projects to clients or property management teams Qualifications Diploma Degree in civil engineering having min experience of 4 5 years Skills and Competencies Leadership quality - able to convince the team and also be convinced Guide the Site supervisors Contractors Must have worked in a Housing Construction project high-rise building construction projects etc handled Job work planning estimating and billing Job Type Full-time Pay 300 000 00 - 350 000 00 per year Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Yearly bonus Work Location In person Application Deadline 30 05 2025
