Job Title: Motion Graphics Designer

Company: William Tell Productions

Job Overview:

William Tell Productions is seeking a Motion Graphics Designer with 3-5 years of experience to join our creative team and work on compelling visual contents. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an advertising environment and has a passion for storytelling through motion design. You'll be responsible for creating dynamic and engaging content that enhances brand narratives and captivates audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Concept Development:

- Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm, develop, and visualize ideas for brand campaigns and promotional content.
- Translate concepts into visually striking motion graphics that align with the brand's identity and objectives.

Motion Design & Animation:

- Design and animate high-quality motion graphics, explainer videos, and social media content.
- Bring static designs to life using After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other industry-standard tools.
- Work on 2D/3D animation, kinetic typography, and visual effects as needed.

Editing & Post-Production:

- Edit and refine video content to ensure seamless integration of motion graphics.
- Enhance videos with transitions, effects, and other visual elements to create engaging content.

Project Management:

- Manage multiple projects while maintaining high standards and meeting deadlines.
- Work closely with the creative director, designers, and production team to ensure consistency across all content.

Quality Control:

- Ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of design, animation, and brand consistency.
- Stay up-to-date with trends and best practices in motion design, animation, and advertising.

Requirements:

Experience:

- 3-5 years of proven experience in motion graphics and video production, preferably in an advertising or creative agency.

Portfolio:

- A strong portfolio showcasing work in advertising, brand storytelling, and motion graphics design.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Knowledge of Cinema 4D or other 3D animation software is a plus.

Creative Vision:

- Strong understanding of design principles, visual storytelling, and brand aesthetics.

Communication & Collaboration:

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Bonus Skills:

- Experience with 3D modeling and rendering.
- Familiarity with UI/UX motion design.
- Basic understanding of sound design and audio editing.
