Key Responsibilities: - Analyze business processes and translate them into efficient Odoo ERP solutions. - Configure, customize, and implement Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, HR, etc.). - Gather requirements, prepare functional documents, and provide gap analysis. - Coordinate with technical teams for development and customization. - Conduct end-user training and provide ongoing support. - Test and validate new features, workflows, and module integrations. - Generate reports and dashboards as per business needs. - Troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution. - Stay updated with new Odoo releases and functionalities. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field. - Proven experience (1–3 years) as an Odoo Functional Consultant or ERP Functional Consultant. - Strong knowledge of Odoo modules and workflow. - Understanding of business processes in domains such as sales, purchase, inventory, and accounting. - Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams. Preferred Skills: - Odoo certification or experience with Odoo.sh / Odoo Enterprise. - Basic understanding of Python and PostgreSQL. - Experience with data migration and module testing.
