Analyze real estate market trends, building materials rates, and depreciation methods relevant to valuation. 4. Report Preparation Draft site inspection notes, property condition summaries, and structural observations. Support the preparation of final valuation reports for banks, financial institutions, or clients. Ensure technical terminology, units, and calculations are used appropriately in all documentation. 5. Engineering Analysis (as applicable) Review construction drawings, architectural layouts, or structural plans. Assist in quantity take-offs, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and cost estimations for small projects or renovations. Provide inputs on design feasibility and construction methodology if required. 6. Coordination & Client Interaction Liaise with property owners, contractors, legal representatives, and municipal authorities during inspections.
