We are seeking a skilled Guidewire Developer with 12-16 years of experience to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing, customizing, and implementing Guidewire applications, ensuring they meet the unique needs of our clients.

Responsibilities

- Develop and customize Guidewire applications to meet client requirements.
- Collaborate with business analysts to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
- Participate in design and architecture discussions to implement best practices.
- Perform unit testing and integration testing for Guidewire modules.
- Provide support and troubleshoot issues in Guidewire applications during development and production phases.
- Ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards through code reviews and documentation.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Skills and Qualifications

- 12-16 years of experience in Guidewire development and implementation.
- Strong knowledge of Guidewire modules, including PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter.
- Proficiency in Guidewire configuration, integration, and customization.
- Experience with Java programming, including frameworks like Spring and Hibernate.
- Understanding of database technologies such as Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
