We are looking for a Website UX/UI Designer with a strong eye for detail and a passion for crafting seamless digital experiences. This role is perfect for someone who blends user experience (UX) principles with stunning user interface (UI) design to create high-performing websites and landing pages that drive conversions.

Are you familiar with HubSpot CMS, WordPress, or other website-building platforms?

Required Experience:

Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, Website Designer, or similar role.

Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or other UI/UX tools.

Experience designing within HubSpot CMS, WordPress, or Webflow.

Strong understanding of user psychology, UX best practices, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

Experience in wireframing, prototyping, and user journey mapping.

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (coding skills are a plus but not mandatory).

Skills You Should Possess:

Strong sense of visual design, typography, and branding.

Data-driven approach to UX/UI, using analytics to improve designs.

Ability to conduct user research and usability testing.

Experience designing responsive and mobile-first websites.

Familiarity with A/B testing, heatmaps, and UX tools like Hotjar, Google Analytics, or Crazy Egg.

Ability to collaborate with developers, marketers, and content teams.

Attention to detail and a passion for clean, functional designs.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.

Your Responsibilities:Website & Landing Page Design

Design and optimize website layouts, landing pages, and UI components with a strong focus on UX.

Implement CRO-focused design elements to maximize lead generation and engagement.

Ensure designs are fully responsive and mobile-optimized.

Maintain brand consistency across digital experiences.

User Experience & Research

Conduct UX audits, user research, and usability testing.

Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user journey maps.

Analyze website performance metrics to improve user engagement and conversion rates.

Stay updated on web accessibility standards (WCAG, ADA compliance).

HubSpot CMS & Web Development Support

Design and build web pages using HubSpot CMS (or WordPress/Webflow as needed).

Work closely with developers to ensure smooth design-to-code handoffs.

Optimize website speed, usability, and overall performance.

Collaboration & Communication

Work with marketing, SEO, and content teams to align website design with business goals.

Present design ideas, gather feedback, and iterate based on stakeholder input.

Stay connected with the team via Slack, email, and meetings.
