We are looking for an Experienced Litigation Advocate for our office at Santacruz (W) for :

Real Estate Cases, Development, Land Cases, Etc. on exclusive basis Primarily at Bombay High Court, NCLT, DRT, RERA, etc.

Applicant would have to be able to Research and Draft independently in a proper manner.

Applicant would have to be able to have atleast basic argument and case presentation skills.

Minimum 2 years PQE required in LLB in Litigation Practice (Research, Drafting and Arguing). Individuals with higher experience will be paid accordingly.

NOTE:

1. Please apply only if you fit the aforementioned requisites.

2. Candidates need to be Punctual, Disciplined & Hard Working.

3. Candidates must be fluent in English.

4. The Role will be on exclusive basis, and with a commitment of atleast 1 year is required.

IMPORTANT Requisites:

1. Looking for individuals Residing and Experienced in Mumbai Only.

2. This is not an opportunity for freshers or interns.

3. The Position is at our office at Santacruz West. Office Working Monday to Saturday.)
