Job Description - Job Title : Developer - Job Summary : We are seeking a skilled Developer with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Coupa and Kinaxis Fundamentals along with domain experience in Sourcing Supply Chain Management and Sales Planning & Execution. This role involves working in a day shift with no travel requirements contributing to impactful projects that enhance our companys operations. - Experience : 3 - 5 years - Required Skills : Technical Skills: Coupa Kinaxis Fundamentals Domain Skills:Sourcing Supply Chain Management Sales Planning & Execution - Nice to have skills : Domain Skills: - Technology : Custom Service - Shift : Day - Responsibilities : - Develop and implement solutions using Coupa and Kinaxis Fundamentals to optimize sourcing and supply chain processes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and processes. - Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Coupa and Kinaxis applications to ensure smooth operations. - Design and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of implemented solutions. - Document technical specifications and user guides to facilitate knowledge sharing and training. - Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. - Participate in project planning and execution to ensure timely delivery of solutions. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide updates on project progress. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge. - Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all development activities. - Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for software development and implementation. - Support the companys mission by delivering high-quality solutions that drive business success. -Qualifications - Possess a strong understanding of Coupa and Kinaxis Fundamentals with proven experience in their application. - Demonstrate expertise in Sourcing Supply Chain Management and Sales Planning & Execution. - Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Have excellent communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Show a commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry advancements. - Display a proactive approach to identifying and addressing system and process inefficiencies. - Hold a bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field. - Job Location : Primary Location :INORBHUA01(ITIND Shakti Bhavan STD) Alternate Location :NA NA Alternate Location 1 :NA NA - Job Type : Associate [65PM14] - Demand Requires Travel : No - Certifications Required : Coupa Certified Professional Kinaxis Certified RapidResponse Author
