Job Title: DevOps Engineer - AWS & Kubernetes Location: Bommasandra, Bengaluru (On-site) Experience: 2-5 years Company: Advanced Structures India (ASI) - xcPEP Team Immediate Joiner About the Role We are looking for a motivated DevOps Engineer to join our xcPEP product team. xcPEP is a SaaS platform for cost engineering, evolving into a multi-tenant system with cell-based microservices architecture. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to work hands-on with modern DevOps practices in a fast-scaling SaaS environment. Key Responsibilities - Manage and optimize AWS infrastructure for xcPEP. - Deploy and monitor applications using Kubernetes (EKS preferred). - Support migration from monolithic Django to cell-based microservices architecture. - Implement CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and logging. - Collaborate with software and cloud teams to ensure high availability and scalability. - Ensure compliance with security and multi-tenant best practices. Skills & Qualifications - 2-5 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud, or related roles. - Strong knowledge of AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, VPC, ALB/ELB, etc.). - Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (deployment, scaling, Helm, EKS). - Understanding of microservices architecture, preferably cell-based multi-tenant systems. - Familiarity with Docker, Git, CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions/Jenkins). - Basic knowledge of monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or CloudWatch). - Strong problem-solving skills, willingness to learn and adapt quickly. Nice to Have - Exposure to FastAPI/Django deployments. - Knowledge of security compliance (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR/CCPA). - Interest in automation with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/CloudFormation).
