A focused group of leaders in each Tech Center helps to ensure we can manage and improve each location, from investing in growth, success, and well-being of our people, to making sure colleagues from each IT division feel a sense of belonging to managing critical emergencies. And together, we must leverage the strength of our team to collaborate globally to optimize connections and share best practices across the Tech Centers.

Responsibilities

- Actively participate in the Platform's demand management activities - assessment, prioritization, estimation, team capacity planning and forecasting, etc.
- Work with customers and stakeholders, understanding their needs and capturing their requirements.
- Lead technical squads and coordinate end-to-end delivery of specific APIs and integrations - from initial demand to final release in production.
- Actively collaborate with solution architects, product managers, and other delivery leads from the Platform team to ensure we provide the right solution for our stakeholders at the right time.

Expected Skills And Experience

- At least 3 years of experience in delivery orchestration and leadership - proven track record of successful IT delivery work.
- At least 8 years of experience in IT related positions - software engineering, product management, service delivery, etc.
- Experience in working with stakeholders - understanding needs and translating them to requirements for delivery, managing stakeholder expectations, and collaborating with stakeholders on the overall delivery plan.
- Experience in leading and coordinating the delivery of technical squads - planning and estimating effort, identifying risks and dependencies, removing obstacles, and supporting the technical squads in their work.
- Experience delivering IT solutions in a larger organization, assessing risks and dependencies from collaboration with other teams.
- Excellent project management skills - planning, estimation, coordination of effort, status tracking, etc.
- Experience in agile delivery - focus on customers, short feedback cycles, focus on outcomes and value, data-driven decisions, etc.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. The official communication language is English.
- High-level knowledge and understanding of the systems and application integration technical area - APIs, integration patterns, cloud technologies, etc.

Nice To Have Skills And Experience

- A technical background is a big plus - experience in solution architecture, software engineering, cloud computing, DevOps, SRE, etc.
- Experience in people management - working with people, administrative tasks, growing talent, supporting professional and personal development, etc.
- Experience in product management - adopting the product model and the product mindset.
- Product management or project management certification.
- A general understanding of the pharma industry.
