As a QA Engineer, you will lead end-to-end product quality efforts to ensure bug free product releases. Join us today and help us shape the future of AI for enterprises Responsibilities: - Develop a comprehensive test plan that outlines the scope, objectives, and testing strategy for our AI product - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and UI/UX designers, to identify and address quality issues throughout the software development lifecycle - Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks using industry-standard tools and technologies - Perform various types of testing, including functional, integration, regression, performance, and security testing - Identify, document, and track software defects, ensuring timely resolution and high-quality deliverables - Actively participate in code reviews, providing feedback on testability, quality, and best practices - Contribute to the improvement of QA processes and methodologies, implementing best practices and innovative testing techniques - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and new approaches to software quality assurance, with a focus on AI tool testing Requirements: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field - 4+ years of experience, primarily with B2B SaaS products, with hands-on expertise in both manual and automation testing - Proficiency in test automation (with tools such as, Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) and API testing and concepts - Experience with Agile, Git, and cloud platforms (preferred) - Experience testing AI applications and using AI testing tools (preferred). - Ability to create test plans, execute tests, and report defects effectively - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
