About Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support CenterInspire Brands is disrupting the restaurant industry through digital transformation and operational efficiencies The companys technology hub Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center India will lead technology innovation and product development for the organization and its portfolio of distinct brands The Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center will focus on developing new capabilities in data science data analytics eCommerce automation cloud computing and information security to accelerate the companys business strategy Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center will also host an innovation lab and collaborate with start-ups to develop solutions for productivity optimization workforce management loyalty management payments systems and more About Inspire BrandsInspire Brands is disrupting the restaurant industry through digital transformation and operational efficiencies The companys technology hub Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center India will lead technology innovation and product development for the organization and its portfolio of distinct brands The Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center will focus on developing new capabilities in data science data analytics eCommerce automation cloud computing and information security to accelerate the companys business strategy Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center will also host an innovation lab and collaborate with start-ups to develop solutions for productivity optimization workforce management loyalty management payments systems and more KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Perform functional setup tasks such as create edit and delete tasks of approved Capital Projects and support project maintenance and closure in the Projects module PPM in Oracle Cloude ERP production systems Review the proper coding for all capital expenditure in accordance with the Capitalization policy Research project information in Oracle PPM module to confirm the correct project code is assigned to CAPEX invoices Collaborate with the Accounts Payable team to research issues related to project coding prior to payment Review and process capital invoices purchase orders including remodels and new store construction to ensure correct GAAP accounting classification capital or expense and correct project coding Investigate and track rejected CAPEX invoices capital project coding discrepancies process gaps system issues and resolve them timely Collaborating with Facilities Management Development IT and others to ensure proper coding and classifications for capital expenditures to prevent recurrence Provide outstanding customer service and support to all support center and field employees while ensuring all policies adhered to Prepare assigned fixed asset related journal entries and account reconciliations of asset activity between the Fixed Assets Projects sub-ledger and the General Ledger and asset roll-forwards Assist with Project Accounting PA and Fixed Assets FA month-end closing including processing the PA and FA sub-ledger systems Complete other special projects as needed EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS Four-year business degree preferably Accounting REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE SKILLS or ABILITIES Multi-unit retail accounting experience preferred Prior accounting experience with Accounts Payable processes and CAPEX Project accounting System knowledge Oracle cloud AP PPM GL modules Excellent interpersonal verbal written communication and organizational skills High level of ability to interpret and analyze data and make recommendations based on findings Must be detail oriented with the ability to plan work effectively to meet the deadlines assigned and to make sound decisions Ability to multi-task and shift priorities Proficient in Excel and Word QSR accounting experience preferred
