MLOps Engineer

MLOps Engineer Nuvo AI / Meril Life Sciences (Vapi, Gujarat) We're looking for a passionate and skilled MLOps Engineer to join our AI & Machine Learning Division at Meril Life Sciences, where innovation meets healthcare. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and implement end-to-end MLOps pipelines for continuous integration and deployment of ML models. - Collaborate closely with data scientists and engineers to understand model requirements and streamline deployment workflows. - Automate training, testing, and deployment processes for machine learning models. - Monitor, maintain, and optimize models in production to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance. - Implement best practices for model versioning, reproducibility, and governance. - Optimize ML pipelines for scalability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness across cloud and on-prem environments. - Troubleshoot and resolve deployment or performance-related issues. - Ensure compliance with data security and privacy standards. - Stay updated with the latest MLOps tools, technologies, and trends. - Mentor and support team members on MLOps tools and best practices. Required Skills & Experience - 3-5 years of experience in MLOps, DevOps, or related fields. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related discipline. - Strong understanding of machine learning lifecycle management. - Proficiency in Python and experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn. - Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or bare-metal servers. - Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration. - Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, and version control (Git). - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for ML production systems. - Experience with monitoring tools for model and system performance. - Excellent collaboration skills in cross-functional AI/ML teams.
