So, we are hiring educators for Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English for Foundation in Baramati, Pune.

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Deliver concept-driven, interactive, and structured lessons in the assigned subject.
2. Design comprehensive lesson plans, study materials, and assessments tailored to the academic curriculum.
3. Conduct doubt-clearing sessions, remedial classes, and personalized mentorship for students.
4. Track student performance through regular assessments, progress reports, and feedback sessions .
5. Maintain discipline and an engaging classroom atmosphere conducive to effective learning.
6. Collaborate with the school administration and faculty to ensure seamless program execution.
7. Participate in Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) and provide academic insights on student development.
8. Uphold the highest standards of academic integrity and ethical teaching practices .

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

- B.Tech/B.E/MSc./BSc. or a ny Bachelor's or Master's degree in the respective subject.

Experience:

1. Minimum 1-3 years of relevant teaching experience.
2. Prior experience in competitive exam coaching is an added advantage.

Skills Required:

1. Strong subject knowledge and teaching pedagogy .
2. Excellent communication, classroom management, and student engagement skills.
3. Passion for teaching, mentoring, and academic excellence .
4. Ability to motivate and inspire students towards achieving their academic goals.
