Job Title : SAP Time & Attendance Management (WorkForce Software – WFS) Consultant Location:Bangalore Experience: 7-12 Years Work Mode ( WFO/Remote/Hybrid) : Hybrid Mode of Interview: Virtual Position Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP Time & Attendance Management Consultant with expertise in WorkForce Software (WFS) to support implementation, configuration, and ongoing optimization of workforce management solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with WFS Time & Attendance, SAP HCM/SuccessFactors integration, and business processes related to time tracking, absence management, scheduling, and compliance. Key Responsibilities Implementation & Configuration - Configure and maintain WorkForce Software (WFS) Time & Attendance modules (Time Tracking, Absence, Scheduling, Pay Rules, Attendance Policies). - Design and implement business rules, pay rules, and calculation groups within WFS. - Perform configuration related to accruals, overtime rules, shift differentials, meal/break rules, leave rules, and compliance needs. - Manage end-to-end WFS implementations, including requirements gathering, blueprinting, testing, deployment, and go-live support. Integration & SAP Coordination - Work on integration between SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and WFS (employee master data, work schedules, time-off data). - Coordinate data mapping, interface logic, and troubleshooting for inbound/outbound integrations (API, SFTP, middleware tools like CPI/PO). - Support payroll integration and ensure accurate time data flow to downstream systems. Support & Continuous Improvement - Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis for WFS issues. - Analyze and optimize employee time/attendance processes, schedules, and shift patterns. - Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Operations, and IT teams to enhance system functionality. - Prepare documentation, user guides, and training materials for end users. Required Skills & Qualifications - 3+ years working with WorkForce Software (WFS) Time & Attendance, OR 4+ years in SAP Time Management with WFS exposure. - Hands-on expertise in: - Time & Attendance configuration - Pay rules, overtime calculations - Accrual/leave management - Shift scheduling and calendars - Experience with SAP SuccessFactors EC or SAP HCM Time Management. - Strong understanding of HR/timekeeping processes and regional labour compliance. - Ability to design functional specifications for integrations and enhancements. - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications - Experience with: - WorkForce Cloud Suite - SAP CPI / Dell Boomi / Mulesoft integrations - Time clocks (e.G., physical punch devices) - WFS Report Designer & WIM (WorkForce Integration Manager) - Knowledge of global timekeeping rules and multi-country deployments. - Prior participation in end-to-end WFS implementation projects.
