About the Role

We're seeking a sharp, strategic Leadership Recruiter to drive senior-level hiring across India. This role demands strong market insight, stakeholder influence, and full ownership of the leadership hiring lifecycle, from sourcing to post-offer engagement.

Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end recruitment for Sr manager/Director-level and above roles
- Build and maintain leadership talent pipelines
- Influence senior stakeholders and hiring decisions
- Translate business needs into compelling job narratives
- Deliver high-touch candidate experiences
- Collaborate with global and regional recruiting teams

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Proven success in leadership hiring across industries
- Strong executive presence and stakeholder management
- Expertise in sourcing tools and ATS platforms
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
