Stakeholder Communication and Management - Act as the primary point of contact between the project team and stakeholders. - Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues. - Manage stakeholder expectations and negotiate project scope changes if necessary. 4. Execution and Monitoring - Oversee project execution to ensure adherence to plans and quality standards. - Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and manage changes. - Resolve issues and roadblocks that may impact project delivery. 5. Budget and Resource Management - Manage project budget, ensuring costs are controlled and within approved limits. - Optimize the use of resources to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. 6. Risk Management - Identify potential project risks and develop contingency plans. - Continuously monitor risks and implement mitigation actions promptly. 7. Quality Assurance - Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and align with business objectives. - Implement best practices and continuous improvement processes. 8. Reporting and Documentation - Prepare and present detailed project reports and documentation. - Maintain comprehensive project records for historical reference and audits. 9.
