The Perfect Touch is a full-service event management company specializing in weddings, social celebrations, and corporate events. With over 8+ years of experience, we bring creativity, precision, and energy to every project.

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated intern to support our client outreach and on-ground event execution. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, is detail-oriented, and thrives in dynamic environments like weddings and live events.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential clients, explain our services, and generate leads.
- Assist in maintaining client databases and follow-up schedules.
- Support the team in on-site event management coordinating vendors, managing guests, and ensuring smooth execution.
- Provide operational assistance during weddings, corporate events, and social functions.
- Learn and contribute to event planning, client handling, and execution processes.

Requirements

- Strong communication skills (Hindi/English/Assamese preferred).
- Comfortable with phone calls and client interaction.
- Flexible and willing to work during events (evenings/weekends as required).
- A positive, energetic, and problem-solving attitude.
- Prior event experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
