We are looking for talented Program Manager for IN Marketplace to lead as a single threaded leader to drive Speed initiatives for new launched sellers. You will be responsible to establish mechanisms to drive critical business metrics in collaboration with the wider team and partner/ stakeholder teams across IN business.

Key job responsibilities
As a Program Manager, you will define and execute the strategy to enable improvement in Speed metrics for new launched sellers, which include program adoption, inputs to products team for improvements, driving business metrics and handling seller issues. You will bring insights based on deeply analyzing past and current trends in a fast paced business environment. You will work closely with the wider team and partner teams to drive execution on the defined strategy.
Key responsibilities include:
. Identify and analyze data on frequent basis to isolate issues, drive improvements, and prioritize competing program opportunities
. Set up performance mechanisms, track performance, and manage through obstacles to achieve your objectives
. Communicating performance, articulating root-cause analysis and linking to specific improvement areas
. Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, make tradeoffs and balance competing priorities across stakeholders
. Drive adoption of internal mechanism and seller-facing tools that drive long-term benefit
. Gain support for your strategy from stakeholders by writing narratives and influencing peers and senior leadership
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- 2+ years of working with external suppliers experience
