A Future in Quality Systems Job for QMS Engineers Job Description Experience/: 2 to 8 yrs Salary/: From 25K per month and Based on Previous Experience Challenges/: A future of comprehensive quality management, where the Quality Management System /(QMS/) is digitalised, integrated into all processes, and drives predictive performance, is rapidly approaching in the manufacturing sector. In order to achieve real zero/-defect operations, the future requires engineers who are not only auditors but also strategic architects who can use digital technologies and standards like Six Sigma and ISO 9001 to instill quality into the company's very fabric. Our goal is to spearhead this change by upholding a top/-notch QMS, which forms the cornerstone of our operational excellence. What you will do/: You will be in charge of our Quality Management System's design, documentation, implementation, and upkeep /(such as ISO 9001/). This include creating and updating work instructions, procedures, and quality manuals; overseeing the timetable for internal and external audits; and making sure that corrective and preventative actions /(CAPA/) are closed on time. In order to promote systemic process improvements throughout the company, you will also be responsible for overseeing continuous improvement initiatives, training on QMS requirements, and evaluating quality data.
