Responsibilities - Develop impactful designs and oversee the entire creative process – from concept to final artwork – according to given guidelines - Design all visual aspects of the Busch Group brands (“Busch Vacuum Solutions”, “Pfeiffer Vacuum + Fab Solutions”): from UX design for classic interfaces to motion graphics for video channels, as well as traditional print and editorial design – in line with brand specifications - Maintain daily communication between the in-house design agency and local marketing teams across more than 40 subsidiaries worldwide - Coordinate external service providers and creative partners - Work in compliance with DIN EN ISO 9001 standards and apply LEAN methodology - Accurately document all completed work and design activities Requirements - Completed education in media design or a comparable qualification - Creativity, a strong sense of style, and conceptual strength, even under tight deadlines - Curiosity, sense of ownership, independence, and a hands-on mentality - Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud applications - Very good command of English (spoken and written) – essential - At least three years of experience in an agency or a comparable professional environment - Willingness to take on additional tasks in line with qualifications and skills
