Be part of a team that makes a real impact every day 💼 We’re Hiring | LMS Admin 📍 Location: Sector 34, Gurgaon (Work from Office) 🕓 Shift: Rotational (Includes Night Shifts) 🚖 Transport: Cabs available within the hiring zone 🎓 Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers having Excellent Communication Skill) Job Title: Executive – LMS Admin Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office) Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are hiring fresh B.Tech / BBA / MBA-HR graduates interested in HR Tech and learning systems. Selected candidates will receive structured training and certification on Cornerstone OnDemand (CSoD) and then support client implementations, configurations, and ongoing projects. Key Responsibilities - Complete training and certifications on CSoD Core & LMS. - Assist in configuration, testing, deployment, and documentation. - Support client requirement gathering and solution design. - Contribute to data migration, reporting, integrations, and troubleshooting. - Stay updated with product features and best practices. Desired Profile - Education: MBA HR / BBA / B.Tech (CS/IT or related). - Strong analytical skills; basic knowledge of SQL/programming preferred. - Excellent communication; quick learner; interest in HR Tech. - Able to work independently and in teams.
