Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a DevOps Engineer, located in Navi Mumbai.

What You'll Do

Own Cloud Infrastructure

- Design, provision, and maintain multiregion AWS and GCP environments using Terraform and Helm.
- Optimise cost, performance, and scalability for hightraffic AI/IoT platforms.

CI/CD & Release Automation

- Evolve our GitLab pipelines to achieve true trunkbased, pushtoprod workflows with automated testing, security scans, and bluegreen deployments.
- Champion immutable builds and container security best practices.

Observability & Incident Response

- Implement endtoend monitoring with Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, and alerting via PagerDuty.
- Lead postincident reviews; drive MTTR down through runbook automation and chaos testing.

Security & Compliance

- Embed shiftleft security (SAST, DAST, IaC scanning) into pipelines.
- Partner with our SOC2 team to maintain leastprivilege IAM, secret rotation, and audit trails.

Collaboration & Culture

- Sit shouldertoshoulder with developers, QA, and product to bake reliability into every user story.
- Mentor junior engineers in infrastructureascode, Kubernetes, and sitereliability principles.

Qualifications

- 4+years running production workloads on AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Strong IaC (Terraform or Pulumi) and Kubernetes knowledge (EKS/GKE preferred)
- Proven GitLab or GitHub Actions CI/CD automation experience
- Deep understanding of Linux internals, networking, and container runtime security
- Scripting in Bash, Python, or Go for automation and tooling
- Handson with observability stacks (Prometheus/Grafana/ELK/Loki)
