Job Description About the Role As a UI Developer, you'll work across modern frontend frameworks and scalable Python microservices, and collaborate with architect to co-create intelligent, high-performing digital experiences. Responsibilities: - Work closely with our product, design, architects, development lead, and UX teams to create amazing and intuitive UI experiences - Build customizable, reusable, accessible cross-platform, and dynamic frontend components using React JS, JavaScript, Typescript, Node JS/Express JS, Next JS, Typescript, HTML, and CSS. - Document and develop best practices for the development, and deployment of applications, and work with members to foster growth within the team. - Participate in medium complex and cross-functional projects by reviewing project requirements and translating them into technical solutions. - Build high-quality code by conducting unit testing and enhancing design to prevent re-occurrences of defects. - Ensure on-time delivery and communicate status and issues to team members and stakeholders. Qualifications: - Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Required Skills: - Experience in developing Enterprise applications using React JS, Next JS, TypeScript, HTML, Modular CSS, JavaScript, libraries, components and frameworks. - Work with AI coding agents (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor AI, CodeRabbit AI) to accelerate development, testing, and refactoring workflows - Strong computer science fundamentals: Data Structures, Algorithms, Design Patterns. - Experiences with automated testing suites, like Jest or Mocha. - Measure and resolve performance bottlenecks, using tools like Chrome DevTools, Lighthouse, WebPagetest, or custom tooling. - Exposure to Cloud (AWS/Azure), CICD, DevOps, Kubernetes, Agile Methodology. - Strong understanding of design techniques and software principles. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize and troubleshoot performance issues. - Must be able to work effectively in a team setting as well as individually. - Ability to communicate and collaborate with external teams and stakeholders. Preferred Skills: - An entrepreneurial / resourceful resource that is capable of working under ambiguity. - Strong communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams. - Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. - Passion for clean code, automation, and scaling systems. - Comfortable in a fast-paced, AI-first development environment.
