Roles & Responsibilities: - Develop and implement PLC programs (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, etc.) for pharmaceutical packaging and processing machinery. - Design and troubleshoot HMI/SCADA systems. - Collaborate with Electrical and Mechanical Design teams to integrate control systems. - Commission and test automation systems both in-house and at customer sites (India & abroad). - Provide post-installation support and resolve issues at customer locations. - Maintain documentation of software, wiring diagrams, and control logic. - Adhere to industry standards, CGMP guidelines, and internal quality protocols. - Optimize existing programs for performance, reliability, and compliance. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of PLC programming (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi) - Experience with HMI/SCADA design and troubleshooting - Understanding of electrical and mechanical integration - Ability to work on-site for commissioning and support (including travel) Experience: 2–5 years in PLC programming and automation systems Education / Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Automation Engineering
