Job Description: We are looking to hire an Assistant Finance Manager for our factory in Sumerpur, Uttar Pradesh, who will be responsible for managing theFinancial operations of a manufacturing site. The responsibilities will include: - Cost Control & Budgeting: Drive factory cost management through detailed analysis of production costs, variance tracking, and adherence to annual budgets. - Compliance & Controls: Maintain strong internal controls at the factory in all areas like- inventory, assets, gate movements, segregation of duties, etc and ensure audit readiness. - Performance Management: Partner with operations to identify efficiency opportunities, track KPIs, and deliver savings initiatives without compromising quality or safety. - Technology Enablement: Leverage tools like SAP, Power BI, and advanced analytics to improve process hygiene and reporting accuracy. - Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, and central finance teams to align factory performance with business objectives and work closely to identify optimisation opportunities.
