𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 - ✅Interact with prospects and understand their business goals. ✅Perform detailed requirement elicitation and gathering. ✅Create appropriate UML diagrams to help prospects understand the various aspects of the project. ✅Create business requirement documents (User stories) , product roadmap , wireframes and software requirement specification. ✅Prepare a detailed business proposal and present the same to the prospect. ✅Act as a Product owner, and ensure clients goals are met. ✅Perform a thorough quality check for the products and ensure all acceptance criteria are met. ✅Identify and Analyze new requirements and present estimations to the client. 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞, 𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐬𝐞𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐛𝐞𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐬 - ✅Excellent English communication skills both written and spoken is mandatory for this role. ✅Should have very strong analytical skills. ✅Should be confident, organized, humble, patient, soft spoken, quick learner and most importantly driven to excel. ✅Should have 2yrs+ experience working with Mobile App Development projects, UML diagrams, wireframes etc. ✅Should thoroughly understand the scrum framework. ✅Should have basic knowledge on app development technologies, database, and cloud infrastructure, process, testing, marketing etc. ✅Ability to come up with new concepts and help clients innovate is a big value add. ✅Preferable from Healthtech / Fintech experience. Qualifications - Bachelors or Masters in any stream.
